Hi, I'm planning on checking out this integra ls 5spd and I would like to ask a few questions about it since I don't know much about them. The owner says it's very well maintained with the original clutch but needs the exhaust replaced, the ac doesn't work at all, and somtimes rain gets in. The car has 170k miles on it. I was wondering if it's worth fixing? Does anyone have any high mileage intergras, what problems have you seen at 170k miles? Here are some pics:

That year LS with no working AC, bad exhaust, 170k and gets water in it... I bet it wouldn't KBB over 2k
