Re: Hesitation

Is the engine compartment getting fuel or no? Is it drowning or starving when it coughs? If it's not getting fuel, I'd say check your fuel filter for clogs, a lot of times there will be just enough flow through them for regular running but when you try to get that little extra flow, it can't get through. If you're getting too much fuel, I'd say check your codes first, there are a lot of possibilities. In fact, check your codes first either way to save a little money and rule things out.

Re: Hesitation

Solved problem: turns out somewhere down the line the truck had a remote starter in it that was removed and the wire had not be attached properly cause the the fuel pump to cut in and out while driving form the vibrations.
