Do Aftermarket Springs come with Alignment Specs??

Okay fellas, its time for drop before I send the car to its winter home (the garage).. I was told that a decent pair of lowering springs will come will the specs need to "Properly" align the car. I know I can centerline the car on the rack and go from there.. but having the proper specifications to put in the Computer makes it a hell of alot easier, So do springs come with spec sheets?/ and If so, what a springs have you guys bought that come with it, or didn't come with it??

I don't get what you're saying. An alignment for a car should be the same. It shouldn't vary just because you put on different springs. The camber will change, but if you bring it to an alignment shop (with the correct camber kits installed), they should be able to bring it back to exact.

There is a good chance that you will want to avoid factory specs ona lowered car though for better tire wear. For example, setting front and rear toe to exactly zero.

Re: Do Aftermarket Springs come with Alignment Specs??

I have the the alignment on my RS (which sits about 3" off the ground) set to stock and have had no trouble with tire wear.

Ya when you do an alignment it doesnt matter what suspension you have in the car it just measure the wheel/tire relationship to the ground
