programming alarm remotes
dumbass me, i somehow armed the alarm with the remote, but now it wont disarm. im assuming that if i open the door, i cant reprogram the remote while the alarm is going off. so what can i do to fix it? if i pop the hood and take out the alarm fuse will that reset everything?

well its ok, i somehow got it fixed. i had to turn the key on and turn the alarm off with the valet switch.
and yea, remotes have to be programmed or else i could go around and turn off all viper alarms. the only way a remote will work with any alarm is to be in the car, turn the ignition on, press the valet switch and hit the remote button to program. other than that, its not gonna to work.

they probably come prepreogrammed from the manufacture, but whenever you buy a new remote, you gotta program it. and since dei remotes suck, i bought a new set
