a/c problems
hey i hav 97 camaro. the a/c isnt that cold, it only blows underneath near feet. not to head or above. wat is that, a fuse or something? is chanoing a fuel filter hard on these cars, its easy on my truck

well your ac may just need to be recharged..you can buy a kit at local hardware store for less then 20$ i dont know about why it only blows on feet thought..also fuel filter was real easy to do on my 2000 trans am..its located under the car near the driver side rear tire area..takes less then 10 mins to do..and also is under 10$..hope that helps you

your A/C is likely fine. By your description it sounds like the blend doors are malfunctioning and is diverting the air flow thru the heater core instead of the A/C evaporator core
Have those checked out first to see if they are stuck or may need a vacuum actuator replaced. The problem can also be within the A/C - Heat Vacuum selector switch possibly broken or does not have a vacuum supply present at the switch |
