go get a new quarter panel and have your old one cut off and your new one welded on........then get a new paint job.......$$$$$$$$$$$$

just grind it really good all around...and fiberglass it...or bondo...then let it dry....grind it......repeat till you have the original shape....remember just because you can only see a little rust through the paint theres probably a shit load behind it..it like cancer...spreads and grows without even knowing about it

Just grind the hell out of your panel and find someone that can weld decent and have them weld it up, grind it smooth, use some filler to smooth it out, spary some primer on and take it to a shop to prep and spray. Or you could let it go and have it consume your whole car in a few years.

You can't take off the 1/4 panels, they are welded on. They would have to be cut out.

What you can do is cut out the rust and take a metal front fender cut that and weld that in. The contours are supposed to be exactly the same.
