Mark VII vs SRT8
Heading down to Dinwidde to the NHRA Drags about a month ago. Jumped on the interstate and set the cruise for about 80. I saw a black Charger about 100 yards ahead of me. I slow down a creeped up on it thinking it was an undercover state trooper. As I got closer I saw the red 8 and the larger dual exhaust. Hmmm.... I creeped up along side of him, and it was an older fellow, I thought to myself.. nah, he dont want to play. So I paced him about a carlength ahead of me... just incase he wanted to play.
Next thing I know hes right next to me again. He looks at me with a big shit eating grin. I head him hit it, and he took off. At the same instant I mashed the go pedal. He instantly pulled on me. We started off at somewhere around 50-55. By 90 he was ~2.5 carlengths ahead. He slowed back down, and I paced him again, this time on the passenger side... when I noticed his Filipinio wife? daughter? (couldnt have been older then 25) smiling at me. (Im of the asian desent sp?) Thats when he took off again, but didnt get totally on it. and we just starting cruising... 90.....110.... 115... then we had to sloe down because he had to get off.
