Location and Removal tips for replacing the BCM?
Well I am gonna replace my BCM with a used one from the local JY since its pull it yourself and will probably only pay a few bucks for it, just need help with the location and removal.

Ok I looked at your profile and see you have a 2000.
You should always post the year, model and engine for best results. ![]() Either way a dealer will need to reprgram the bcm and things will not work right(may not run) untill its reprogramed.... unless you have a tech II scaner then you can do this; Quote:

Quick question, I have a 1997 GA GT with a v6. Is the procedure the same? Where exactly is it located?

Not even sure your 97 has a BCM, but if so the above proceedure should be the same.
A tech 2 scanner is needed though. It would be located in the dash, possibly around the glovbox area.
