Have you had a short somewhere in your van lately, jump started or done anything to it.?? Or any Ac work. Does AC work ok.?? If not the plug to that switch may need to be clean. Not sure if its the one near the AC Accumulator. Any way your best bet is to take to a shop if it does need to be replaced. But you can use the electrical contact cleaner on the electrical connections to rule that out first.

We have done nothing and the ac and heater couldn't work any better. After we clear the codes out it does not immediately come back on. The only time it seems to come on is when you are sitting at an idle with ac or heater on, but does not do it until the engine warms up.
