I recently moved to Kentucky from Florida. In Florida I did not notice any power problems until I moved to Kentucky. Driving to Kentucky I had to drive thru many mountains and steep inclines. My car did not do well and I lost a lot of power trying to climb the steep inclines.
The vehicle has less than 60,000 miles and I have replaced the transmission and other internal parts, not including the fuel pump. Could the fuel pump be the problem or could another area be the problem? |

Re: Sluggish Power
Have you shut off the car, let it sit for a few minutes, then restarted to see if the power was back? If so, you probably experienced the barometric pressure sensor not being able to update realtime. This was not uncommon on older computerized cars.

Re: Sluggish Power
If you want help you should really tell us what year your car is as well as what engine.
