Potential 2001 coil pack

Does anyone have any advise on 2001 coil pack problems? Mine quits sometimes when it get hot. It will restart after it cools a little and will then quit when it warms back up. Of course by the time I get it towed to the dealer it isn't having the problem any more and they can't figure it out. I'm thinking it is one of the coil packs. The 2001 has the two coils packs that sit directly on the number 2 and number 4 spark plugs. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?

I think that the pack is different from my 2000 but I had the same problem and didn't know how to isolate it. Someone on the forum recommended squirting the coil pack with water to cool it down. I did this and it ran fine. I have since replaced it and no further problem with that. From misfiring, however, I stated getting a code 0421 which said that I had a bad cat. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it under warranty by a scant couple of months. Anyhow sounds like it is an old trick and worth a try!
