A Handicapped parking sign does not signify that this spot is for handicapped people. It is actually in fact a warning that the spot belongs to Chuck Norris and that you will be handicapped if you park there

Re: rear diff 2000 dakota

I'm not sure if they did this in 2k, but my '04 has a label inside the glovebox that shows the rear diff ratio. My truck has a 12-bolt, 3.55:1 rear diff. A call or visit to a dealer can call up all the options for your truck using the VIN number. Covers can be had almost anywhere...parts store, eBay, junkyard. Hope this helps!

Re: rear diff 2000 dakota

a 10 bolt cover is an 8 1/4 ,12 bolt is a 9 1/4. I hate to tell you this but you got boned.A new cover for an 8 1/4 is $34.50 at a dealer.part number is 3723681AC.Them telling you that its from an older truck is wrong .They still use the 8 1/4,and that is what comes on a v-6 dakota, even 2008.
