02 Envoy no pwr seats or seat heat rmt entry

I have a 2002 Envoy with leather power seats and heater. I first noticed that the remote key fobs did not work and then realized that no seat functions work for either front seat. The door power locks work but it does not lock the rear window not sure it this worked or not before this problem. I have checked all fuses under the hood and under the seat none appear to be blown. Is their a main power for the seats that would include the remote entry? Where is it and how can I check it? Any help would be most appreciated.
