Yeah I started a music myspace. Check it out and let me know what you think of the music. Just to let you know the recordings are by no means professional, I'm using a few programs i have aquired for my laptop so I can record/mix/edit/and convert the music to different formats. I'm still playing with all the software so as I learn to use it more (and get better recording equipment, especially a better microphone) I can record much better quality music. But for now check it out and let me know what you think.

There are two complete songs up and two are previews of songs that im working on right now. I have to record the song by sections in order to record it properly, its alot of work and it takes me a few hours to record about 30 seconds worth of music, so you can imagine, plus i need to be in a quiet area so the microphone doesnt pick up any unwanted sounds. And if anyone is with me they need to be as quiet as possible while im recording my voice in it.

The longest process is the mixing so I can blend my voice in with the music since the slightest mistake can throw the whole song out of tempo. One thing I need to play with is filtering, so I can filter my voice and the music so there is no static in the recording. There is alot of stuff to be done.

i can see what you mean about the sound. the guitar and drums and everything are good, but the voice isnt the clearest. you can also tell the difference from when the mic is on to when it is off.

the songs are good, but when you are singing it, it seems like you aren't too much into it. like the riffs and everything from the guitar dont match with the music sometimes. sometimes it sounds like you are just singing it just to get it done, and others you sound all into it. maybe its the mic or something. its prob cuz its hard to hear your voice over the 'band' if you know what i mean.

lol, the full songs were recorded by someone else where we went over for them to record my audio and the two that are samples are the ones im recording so im sure those are the ones that sound like im doing it to get it done. thats cause of 2 things, 1) the mic sucks. 2) I'm still learning the program

Your actually a really good singer dude, its too bad your not into the hard metal stuff. I know a local band thats gonna need a new vocalist in a few weeks after me and thier bassist kill the current one.

HAHA, i need to get some instrumental versions of the songs to do some covers for you. I will do some searching to see if I can find some. And yeah im not good at hard metal, me no good screamer.

I can totally do metal...

In fact, I sing so horribly, that metal rock is the only thing I can sing with because it doesn't require me to know notes or anything. If they were in Texas and needed someone to do the deep Pantara death yell, then I could do it, lol.
