94 corolla brake lights prob.

Brake lights on all the time. With engine off and I press on brake pedal, the dash lights come on too.
Any ideas?

Had similar problem on my 94. Can't quite explain it, but replace your rear light bulbs and look for a blown fuse. That fixed my problem.
