Is a stock 2.5 Altima SE faster 0-60 & 1/4 mile than a stock 2k Max?
Any takers? |

Don't you mean 3.5 SE? A stock 2k maxima should be a tick slower than an altima 3.5 SE, all things being equal, but we are talking a tenth of a second or so in the 1/4 mile, so there is really no noticable difference between the two.

A stock Altima(base,S,SL) with a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder is slower than a 2k Max, the 3.5 SE is faster.

I know a 3.5 will give us a go because it's rated at 240, but even still it'll probably come down to the driver's skills or lack of the same. I doubt that a 3.5 Altima will dust a 2k Max but it will be close no matter who wins. Thanks for the info to thrasher and streetracer. |

I raced my friends dads 2000 SE fully loaded, all packages, like meridian, Z and all that with auto tranny.
He had his traction control on, I launched fairly good and took him off the line, I had him up to 60 when he let off because he is a chicken like that. |
