Quick question.
I'm thinking about buying an '00 Integra LS Coupe. I was wondering how long do these cars last. The one for sale now has 98k miles on it, does that seem too much? Or is that nothing for an Acura?
Here is the link to the add, http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/car/462436487.html Thanks

Re: Quick question.
It's an automatic. What's the point? That's up there with non-alcoholic beer and decaf coffee.
It looks unbelieveably clean...unbelievably....98K sees more wear and tear than that. 98K is also when things start to get a bit broken on Tegs and Civics. Nickle and dime stuff, but a pain on a budget - especially if you're making payments. CV joints and boots, rotors and calipers, exhausts (if not already replaced, but in Cali there should be less corrosion), timing belt and water pump, battery, plugs and wires.... all stuff that is regular maintenance from 65K to 110K, but if you don't know the service records of the car...

Re: Quick question.
Price to the mileage is a little high, but it is from a dealership.
IMO, that car is immaculate. It looks great and was probably taken care of in a similar manner. Granted with that many miles, little problems may occur, but i wouldnt let that be the deciding factor. I have a 99 GSR with 73k on it and i have only had to replace plugs and the timing belt. I would buy it. That car is gorgeous
