Lubricating sliding doors

What does one use to lubricate the sliders on our WSs? I've got an 03 that is sounding pretty awful when the side doors slide back. I've never done it, so it's probably past time.

On my '96 I have done well with a silicone based clear grease. I have typically found that the bottom roller on which to door sits is the biggest culprit (in my case the door just gets heavy to move. Yours are electric I think so noise is your issue). I usually first clean the plastic track on which that bottom roller rides, and then lubricate it and the wheel. I then lubricate the upper and middle tracks as well. The middle track is mostly hidden so I put a bit of grease on my finger and reach under the trim to lubricate it.

Bought some white lithium grease spray as recommended by the guy at AZ. It's apparently better for the extreme winters here in northern NY. Worked like a charm! Did the outside tracks and the lower tracks on top of the chassis. Did the front locks and hinges as well. All move easier and no more squealing or grinding.

OT-took off the R pass door panel in an effort to wake up the electric door lock with some spray. It wants to move with the others, but the lubrication did nothing. Time to try the universal actuator mentioned elsewhere.
