Thumbs up Orders I'm Placing This Week...

making a couple of large purchases sometime this week...

HobbySearch:
Aoshima Nissan Skyline Hakosuka KPGC10
Aoshima Drift Machine A31 Nissan Cefiro
Aoshima Toyota Falcon Aristo V300
Aoshima Nissan Fairlady 300ZR Z31

HLJ:
Fujimi Initial D Sileighty
Fujimi Initial D FC3S RX-7

Pacific Rim:
Aoshima Blitz Technospeed Z1
Aoshima Advan RG

and i'll probably try to grab a couple of Gundam Markers as well. any opinions as to what size i should get?

as for paint, the hobby shop at the local mall has a huge Tamiya paint rack. any opinions/info on these kits is welcome!

Why did you order something from pacific rim , when pacific rim orderes from hlj? If hlj sells a car for $10, pacific rim will sell it for about $28, hlj should be your only ordering source.

for one simple reason. Pacific Rim says they have RG's and Z1's, HLJ says they don't. so...what exactly does that mean??

If you look around hlj enough, you might even find the blitz rims under a different name, Ive found 2 other "rs watanabe" rims under a different name, not only the watanabe's some other rims too, look around hlj.

When a product name isn't bolded by HLJ, it simply means that they don't have any stock of the item at that moment, or very low stock of that item. However, if you place an order for it, they will look for the item from their distributors. Usually they are successful but if it's an out-of-print item, then you are out of luck (like some Aoshima rims, popular old Studio 27 decals, etc.)

You sure PacificRims has those two rims? They're no longer listed in the plastic models section.

(never mind)

They seem to have updated the stock list :o

integra818 - i want the Aoshima version of these rims as well as the Z1's. Fujimi's versions don't measure up when you compare.

Aoshima rims have better quality than fujimi? This important to me because I'm gonna order alot of rims early next year.
