Grounding wires help performance>?

ok i was browsing everyones favorite online auction place and i stumbled upon this auction that was for grounding wires now it says that it will give you better ground on the frame which i can accept but it also says 5-8 horse power gain im gonna throw the B.S. flag on this one tell me what you guys think?

If you have an intermittant ground I could see it gaining power. If all factory grounds were good I can't see where you will gain horsepower.

I'll go with rhandwor. It's just BS. To gain 5-8 HP the grounds would have to be bad enough to cause electrical problems in your wiring system. If you aren't having any other problems I can't see how you would get any HP gain.
