bad brakes/Noise/Lockup/etc

So I have three things wrong with my brake system. The worst part is that the pads on the front are a week old and the rear are less than 3 months old, and the front has brand new OEM rotors.

Problem 1.
My brakes continue to make as much noise as when they were old with the warped front rotors. Is there something that would cause new brakes to continue to make that noise? I do believe the noise is coming only from the front with the new rotors and new pads and actually it also has a brand new calipers.

Problem 2.
In addition to the noise problem as stated above, sometimes when I stop, I can hear and feel the breaks hit and release. It's usually a low sounding thud accompanied with a very subtle but noticeable jerk when they hit and release. We did a brake bleed, but this didn't fix the problem.

Problem 3
In addition to the two problems above, the worst part is that I have experienced brake lock-up during rainy weather this past week. I'm not talking about the breaks locking up then quickly releasing as the ABS system does. My brakes straight up lock up and I skid for a few feet in the rain. Also, I wasn't slamming on my brakes either, I was just trying to stop from maybe 25-35mph. This is worries me because I always take the truck to the snow to go skiing. And if it's doing this in the rain, I hate to imagine what will happen over ice.

Right now I have slightly less confidence in the truck when I'm driving in the rain than I did before. Before I'd really have to slam on the brakes before the ABS would engage. Now when I try to stop in bad weather I'm always wondering in my mind whether or not the brakes will lock-up or not.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong with my brakes, or how I could fix them.

Thanks
