How to increase your MPG by 50% GUARANTEED
A few months ago, there was a thread asking about the PICC (pre-ignition catalytic converter) and whether it works or not. I just got back from the USCS training class in New Jersey. Guess what? IT WORKS!!!
It is still being perfected and is not yet available for purchase. While we are waiting for it to be released, USCS has designed a system that they guarantee will give a 50% increase OR MORE on any gasoline engine. The HAFC (Hydrogen Assist Fuel Cell) doesn't come close to the performance of the PICC, but you can buy one right now. The best part is once the PICC is available for your car, they will apply 100% of the purchase price of the HAFC toward the price of the PICC. To get an HAFC, you need to go to http://www.preignitioncc.com/able35 and request a quote for the PICC. It is only to give an idea of which vehicles the PICC should be designed for first. There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything. Once you have requested a quote for the PICC, you will be able to purchase an HAFC system if you want to get better gas mileage while you wait for the PICC.

I would certainly like to consider it, especially for my Quest that goes 17 mpg and eats about $200 a month. It will be a lot of saving.

I think it is for real. When I tested my car pre-HAFC, it got 22 mpg. After the HAFC, it got 36 mpg. That was with some serious sensor problems and running rich before the install. The after mpg was the same as the highest MPG I ever got before the install. I can't say with 100% certainty that it works, however it would seem that it does. The car I installed it on is basically junk (due to a roll-over accident) and I just can't see puting any money into it to fix the problems. The '98 Grand Am I bought is presently stuck in my driveway due to the snowfall we got. After the snow melts and I can move the car, I will be transferring the system over to my Grand Am. At that point I will be able to say with confidence whether it works or not. I can say that it works in theory, but I think practice is what everyone cares about.
I should also add that the problem I had with the unit was only a bad ground, not the unit itself.

They still don't have prices on the PICC. Also, have they found a universal resonance for all gas varieties. Would love to see that happen though. Any idea how much a HFAC goes for?

Before anyone buys into this I would like you all to read the information on the site I will link below. These systems are a complete waist of money. I have a small scientific background and these things make no sence what so ever. For one they claim that they turn the fuel into a "plasma". For one a vehicle can not produce enouph energy to turn the fuel into a plasma and even funnier if you pump a plasma into an internal combustion engine it will die. This is another site that uses pointless scientific terms and details to sell a pointless product. As for the Hydro-Assist it is the same deal they came out in the 70's at the last fuel crysis and now they are feeding off the new crysis. They did not work then and they do not work now. Some of these so called systems even sell you a small computer module. I will tell you exactly what it does. It leans out your fuel mixture and turns off you checkengine light. By doing this you will get better fuel milege but you can also burn a hole strait through the pistons. These small computers not only mess with performance but are also illegal to install.
