need a answer for a code

my 1997 grandprix has this code that comes up it is 1441 evap,and po171 fuel system to lean #1. Can any body tell me whats up. thanks.

DTC P0171 indicates the system is in a lean trim mode. Ideal fuel trim = zero. Greater than zero indicates the PCM is adding fuel to compensate for the lean condition. If fuel trim is less than zero the PCM is reducing the amount of fuel to compensate for a rich condition.

Here are the possibilities:

Check all vacuum hoses at intake system.
PCV Valve
Possible throttle body blockage (clean input screen and body)
IAC (idle air controller valve)
Check fuel injectors (bad o-ring seal)
MAF sensor
EGR valve
Check 02 sensor

The P1441 DTC indicates the PCM and diagnostics has detected the evaporative emissions purge solenoid stuck open. The vacuum switch state should change to low (closed) if there is no vacuum applied to the system but the DTC indicates this is not happening.
