95 bonnie dies wont start until starter is jumped

car starts runs fine. than in reverse,foward,or at idle sometimes it just dies.
when it dies it wont start,other than not starting everything else seems fine i.e. windows,seats,fuel pump ect.. when car won't start i can jump the starter (starter solenoid is also good) and car is fixed for a couple days to a week. if this were my car i would put a remote starter switch in and be done with it. but it belongs to a 67 year old lady. i bought the car for her along with a 93 car for parts ;rebuilt the motor,new batt.,power steering pump,a/c comp.,tires,sensors, ect... i'm just about tapped out. all fuses are good,relays under hood all check out good,cleaned resistor points in ign.
i know after reading some post to check;
broken vats wires in column
starter relay
ground terminals under sill plate beside front seats
wondering if maybe someone had same problem before?

Doesn't sound like a VATS issue if you can jump the starter. VATS will also shut down injectors. If it were the problem as soon as it starts it'll die like it's out of gas.
