Replaced the Fuel Filter and the Stalling is way worse

If replaced the cat, O2 sensor, TPS, and today just put on a new fuel filter. Before it would stall but occasionally would run O.K. After I replaced the fuel filter it barely wants to stay running at all. Anyone had this problem before?

Year/engine/miles?

If you have the 4.0 and over 90K miles, I'd suspect the CPS, Crankshaft Position Sensor. How long has it been since you had a tuneup? Plugs (and Cap&Rotor and plug wires if you have them)?
