Performance Chips Do they work?

I came across this on ebay and was thinkign about getting it for around 5 bucks why not? I am not to knowledgable with cars ut am in the process of fixing up the ol 89 s10 into a show car but anyway here is the link

that is what i figured thanks though for saving me the 5 bucks now if i can just get my heat working she will run like a champ
