i have been hard pressed to find any after market engine swaps for a 96 honda prelude better than the H22A. i was wondering if there was any thing out there for my car. any help would be apreceated:sun:

Better than an H22? I don't know what else you're going to successfully swap into a 4th Gen. People are still pondering the idea of swapping in an S2K engine, but it probably won't be successful w/o a TON of money & a LOT of resources. The JDM H22 sure is nice... and the frankenstein H23 block w/ H22 Head is a nice option, too.

S2K swap ain't gonna happen. No way, no how, waste of money. Converting from front wheel drive to rear wheel on the prelude is a waste of money, unless you plan on putting in the S2K transversely.....after which you can have a transmission custom made for it. Sounds fun, ya? You'd have an easier time putting in an NSX engine. Hmmm, NSX engine.....
