Burned CD's will not play in BOSE system?
Hi,
I have the premium BOSE system and cannot figure out how to get burned CD's to play. I know it wont play MP3, but why would it not play WAV files? I also tried WMV and that doesnt work either. Every other cd player i have plays the WAV file cd. It wont play in the Bravada tho ![]() Any ideas/solutions? Thanks, Mark |

Re: Burned CD's will not play in BOSE system?
The Bose will only play cda files due to the reduced quality of wav and mp3, they just aren't considerd good enough. The manual also recomends against using CD-R discs but it will work with cda files. I have heard that the 2008 might play wav and mp3 but most likely will be fussy about the sampling rates on your files.

Re: Burned CD's will not play in BOSE system?
A question similar to this was asked recently in another forum. I came across this issue in a friend's vehicle awhile back and did some research to see what was causing the problem. One of the site's I came across was this:http://www.andybrain.com/archive/mb/...car_player.htm There might be some info there that can help you also.
