92 pontiac bonneville - computer codes 13 and 22...Any thoughts?

My 92 Pontiac Bonneville recently needed an emissions test. It failed, just barely ( it was apparently very close) and I was told that if I put some fuel injector cleaner in it, that it might pass. I tried that, changed air filter, put some high test gas in it, and it passed....Unfortunately, ever since I put the fuel injector cleaner in it, the "check engine soon" light comes on. I had the codes read and it shows a 13 ( O2 sensor or circuit) and a 22 (TPS out of adjustment ) or 21/22 is also (grounded WOT circuit)...I'm a novice and not sure where to go from here. What is the problem and what should I do? Thanks...Doug

Maybe disconnect battery for 10 min or so and see if codes come back than you know for sure you have an issue.If code comes back check wiring for o2 sensor.
