Throttle body spacer

Hi, has anyone has or tried one of these throttle body spacers? Do they work? and If they do , Which one you guys recommend? thanks.
I'm looking at this one on ebay:

A complete waste of money. Spacers are best used on carbs to insulate them from the heat of the engine. On FI it is just a way to make someone else more money.

Complete gimmick on EFI.

About the only improvement in the TB area of a EFI is the 'airfoil', but a mellow improvement at best.
