98 R Plate Fiesta Heater Fan Not Working

The heater blower on my r plate Fiesta is not working. The fuse is ok so may be the fan motor ? anyone got any idea how difficult it is to replace the fan n it ?

This was happening to my fiesta - this is apparently a common fault. Its to do with the electornic heater valve. I replaced this and it worked straight away!
