Re: anyone have any luck getting hold of hiroboy?

I emailed him through the email listed on the store site and got a response. All the inquiries I sent through the site were unanswered.

Re: anyone have any luck getting hold of hiroboy?

If you are experiencing problems with delayed orders then, at a guess, it will be down to the postal strikes we've experienced here. The strikes took place over 4 days and some parts of the country took further unofficial strikes and have had a backlog of post building up for over a week. This would certainly have effected all overseas shipments so you'll just have to be patient. I ordered something inland on the 7th Oct and it finally turned up yesterday.

If Steve isn't supping a rum punch in Barbados at the moment then I'd imagine he'll be struggling to respond to all the enquiries about delayed orders.

I spoke with Steve yesterday. He is burried in orders he was packing and mailing them all weekend. Use the address listed on his website - I never got any response from a webfom inquiry.

Re: anyone have any luck getting hold of hiroboy?

My main priority each day is to ship every possible order recieved each day..
So sorry, it's getting harder to answer over 200+ emails each day and spend 14-18 hours packing boxes.
I hope many questions about the site/products paints etc. can be found in the FAQ's listed below, To save emails being unanswered.

Thanks for keeping us updated Steve. I am sure a lot of us don't realize how overwhelming it is to run a store as good as yours. It's nice to see you answer these inquiries on the forums like this as it shows you do care.

Mike

Re: anyone have any luck getting hold of hiroboy?

I have been doing business with many online hobby retailers over last 10 years. Steve is one of the best. His speed, shipping, and packing are as good as it gets. WTG Steve, and thanks!
