steering to the right

Hello All I have a 98 lincoln towncar and is shifting to the right when i let steering wheel go, I put 4 new tires on the car (balance) and i have gotten it align at 2 different places and still shifts to the right? any ideas what might be wrong because am a lilttle frustrated . I might have to take it to lincoln dealer if i dont figure this out, i do know i have to change my rotors but i dont think bad rotors would cause that problem because i dont feel vibration, it just steers to the right. Thanks

Is this problem coming after the new tires?

Also, does braking enhance the pulling, I mean.. when you brake does your Town Car try to make a U-turn?

it was doing it even before I changed my tires, my tires were a lilttle wear out so i just went ahead and replace all 4, got an alignment and it didnt work, i went to another place and they had just bought a new balancing machine and i did it there too, but no luck. When i brake it doesnt pull to the right either.

Well, then it sounds like you need an alignment expert, all four wheels need to be checked for alignment.

Somethings bent or broken.
