Question 1983 280zx good deal or asking too much?

Hey all, there is a Datsun 280zx turbo fully loaded (Leather, Manual tranny, Digital dash...) real close to where I live. The owner is the second owner the car has 83,000 original miles on it and from the description it has been garaged the 10 years that the second owner has had it. There is no rust from what he says, I am going to see it in person in 2 days I will update my thread here with some pictures. But, anywho this guy is asking $5,200 for this particular Z, what do you guys think? I personaly think he is asking too much.
