wiring question

Hi.. I have an 02 TB Ls model with no air temp/compass mirror or the overhead homelink/memo unit. I have purchased both of them and have figured out the pinouts for both the mirror and overhead console. I also have found the wires under the hood for the ambient air temp sensor. I have the headliner removed the only wires up there run to the dome/map lights.

1) where do the wires for the temp sensor go once inside the vehicle, I can't locate them. Do they come in that large wire loom leading to the rear fusebox ?
2) I need to locate a switched power souce for the mirror.

3) If anyone has performed this adventure please chime in with advice.
