Uneven Idle From Cold

I HAVE BMW 316I E46 2000 MODEL IDLE SPEED ERRATIC FROM COLD RECENTLY CHANGED AIR FLOW METER AND CLEANED OUT THROTTLE BODY
BUT STILL HAVE IDLE PROBLEM.ANY IDEAS?

I'd carefully check the intake rubber boot specially on the accordion portion. Hard to see sometimes.

You should also check the idle speed control valve. It can be removed and carefully cleaned.

I have the same problem (rough idle when cold) and was told by a friend this was the problem. Apparently, its a common problem. I have not cleaned mine yet, but will getting to it in the next couple of weeks.
