engine swap for 95 park ave.

does anyone know if a 3800 from a 97 grand prix is the same as a 3800 from a 95 park ave. both are non supercharged. any info will be greatly appreciated. thank you

Re: engine swap for 95 park ave.

If you look at the eight digit of your VIN, you should see an "L". This would indicate that it is a series I engine, not the same as the 97 GP, which is a VIN "K" series II. Big difference!
