Need help!

I recently started having problems with my '95 Beretta GTZ. Have fixed a lot of them but now I've run into a problem. She went down about a month ago and I started tearing her apart to find the problem. Well I disconnected the throttle body and all lines to it, and stupid me did not lable them. A month later I got back to workin on her and solved a few problems but now I dont remember which lines hooked up to where on my throttle body. I put on the throttle cable which is correct, but Im not sure were the kick-down cable and the transmission cable belong. It wont shift into gears. Its a 3.1 MPFI engine. Please any help would be great. I wanna get my baby back on the road!!

they hang on the same plate as the throttle cable, its a teardrop (shaped clip) connecter..
