HK Drive and Play on 04 Malibu - ACC wire question

I installed a HK Drive and PLay on my Malibu, and it ahs an option to have the red wire connect to your ACC so the unit powers on and off with your car. I am rather new at doing this, so I am wondering where I should tap into for this. Which would be the best and easiest to get to if my HK unit is behind the Climate controls?

find the switched 12V power radio from the factory radio and use that

Ok, here is a simple question. Since I have not been able to find a spec sheet on my radio, any idea what color the switched 12v is?
