bolt ons suggestions
i have a 91 9c1 police caprice i was wondering what bolt ons if any are available for this car. Also the kid before me said there was already a police chip in it but i dont know if he was telling the truth how would i be able to tell if a chip is really in my car.

There's no such thing as a 'police chip'. Again,
THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A POLICE CHIP.

The PCM/ECM in a police car is exactly the same as the one in a civilian car, save for the tire limiter (top speed limit, or governor) being effectively disabled. There are no magic formulas in the police PROMs. Blue Bowtie?
