Type R engine.

Does anyone know if the 2002 Type R engine will bolt onto a 99 CRV gearbox? It would be nice to spice up the wifes car a little. Its probably easier to wack on a turbo, I can get kits for $5000- AUS. 60- 80% increase. :flash:

Um, yeah, bolting a Type R engine, which is a high-revving sports engine (ie, crap at low RPM's), putting it into a CRV would be a bad idea and might even slow it down to the lower power and low RPM's.
Bad idea in general, and expensive/pricey.

No, I dont know if it'll work
