Stupid Lights

Ok back again with the dash light thing. Cruise Light and Bright indicater come on when I unlock the doors with the keyless entry, and do not shut off when truck is started or while im driving. I noticed to when i shut the truck off the same two dash lights STILL stay on for about 1min after the doors are locked then they shut off. On occasion they will go away but then come back on at random times. Cruise and brights work fine. I can hear the switch shut the dash lights off after it sits for about a 1min, could the relay or switch be bad and does anyone know if the two are on the same circuit? Sorry about the post again but this is annoying. Thanks again guys.
