Fog lights?

I just got a 2002 SXT. I can not figure out how to turn on the fog lights. They are the stock ones. They have bulbs in them and there are wires hooked up to them....

There should be a fog light switch button for you to turn them on.

Thats what i thoght. But i cant find it any where! dose any one know where the switch is? Or what it looks like?
