replaced knock sensor code 31 still pops up

replaced knock sensor even changed out ecm with a spare one code 31 still comes up. checked the torque on the sensor checked the timing gear positions everything lined up this has been goin on a long time the car is fast but i have to over rev to launch intermittently the car will feel out of time with no power what else can i do this is the second knock sensor cant imagine two of them bad right out the box this car is fun but a pain in my ass!

Firstly, please use some periods when typing. I seen one, but seen like 8 sentences.

Secondly, what kinda car, year, trim?

Have you checked the wires actually leading to the knock sensor? Could be burned. When you replaced it, did you reset the ECU then?
