1990 battery cover issue
 trying to change out the battery in a 1990 regal. I can't get the battery out of. has a cover over the battery. anyone know what i have to take out to change the battery

Welcome to AF
Removing the air filter housing will make getting to the cables much easier. The front cross brace, battery cables, hold down bolt/rubber wedge and if your's has the washer fluid jug over the battery, needs to come out too.
