Fuel Pump question
Is there a special tool to remove the retaining ring holding the fuel pump in place? Mine is very corroded and I was planning to replace it while I have the bed removed. I hit on it with a hammer and screwdriver and it does not move.
thanks. |

Re: Fuel Pump question
There is a special spanner wrench to remove the fuel pump/ sending unit retaining ring, but I have alway used a hammer and punch to remve the ring. If it is rusted then put some WD40 or PB Blaster on it and let it sit.
