Turns over like it has a dead battery......
I just bought a used 2002 Trailblazer EXT on Tuesday. On Friday my service engine light came on but was running fine. On Saturday, I noticed that when I went to start it, it sounded like it didn't have enough juice in the battery to crank it over. About the 3rd time on starting it, it didn't start at all. Long story short, took it to the mechanic and he couldn't find anything wrong in the battery or the alternator. Also couldn't pull up a code from the OBD. Anyone, anything?

Sounds like the ignition switch is failing. It will act exactly as described, and leave no codes. I have seen the problem on a few occasions. It may also cause a real nice light show on the IPC as the problem gets worse.

Finally got it fixed yesterday. It was a bad post on the battery. Now everything is good on start-up. Thanks Blue for the suggestion though.
