Cruise light and High beam light wont shut off

My 99 Silverado on occasion daytime running lights wont work and the high beam and cruise dash lights come on. Normally it will fix itself after driving for awhile but this time it wont. I disconnected the battery (hooked it back up) and nothing. Same problem. Parking brake released and applied several times. My high beams will turn off and on when i flip the headlight switch on and use them as normal, and the cruise works fine. I just cant get the daytime lights to come on and the high beam and cruise lights to shut off!
Any ideas?
