Jimmy no go

I have a 99 gmc Jimmy SLT with a 4.3L engine vortec. one day i was just driving and i turned and i hit the gas,and it tached up like i was in neutral. i played with it some and nothing. stuck it in drive and reverse, and its like im neutral. i do hear a clicking noise which started when this problem started. this was sudden and there were no signs of this coming. it wont move in any gears. i didnt know if yall had any ideas. any would be great.

thanks,

David

Re: Jimmy no go

Welcome to AF, if the trans is full and all the axles and driveshafts are in place, something let go in in the trans.
