My dad just bought a 2003 3.2 TL Type-S. Its rated at 260hp and 0-60 in about 6.4. Its pretty quick, and the manu-matic tranny is fun to drive.

its funny, one cut me off on the freeway just Monday so I tried to switch lanes and gun it. but By that time he started accelerating and just pulled. The person had intake on it already. Must have been some lil rich bastard :finger:

I didn't race him so he didn't beat me.. I tried to play the catch up game but he had already gunned it..... And I quickly gave up. The distance that he smashed out, it was stupid to even try to catch up. This would have been the case with any car. I don't know what I was thinking... Anyway I'm out

fast

My TL-S was one of the first ones off the truck, I'd say it is about a six second car...it is faster than most cars out there. What sucks is the way the manu-matic shifts to 2nd by itself.

I just got my TL Type S not too long ago, and I must say that it is a very quick car. As for the comments about the manu-matic, I can't really say that I like it. Considering I just came out of a GSR shifting gears w.out a clutch and having a computer shift for me if it dosent like what I want to shift at. Plus its been documented that the car is faster off the line w.out manu-matic engaged.
